Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your lighting. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The 30-day window starts from the date your order arrives at your door.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on most lighting fixtures and accessories, including pendant lights, chandeliers, and wall sconces; table and floor lamps; ceiling fixtures and recessed lighting components; shades, diffusers, and replacement parts; and decorative lighting accessories. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging and all hardware and components included.

What Cannot Be Returned

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: custom-made or made-to-order fixtures (these are created specifically for your space), hardwired fixtures that have been professionally installed, items damaged by improper installation or mishandling, light bulbs that have been removed from their original packaging, and clearance and final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email hello@luxe.space with your order number and a brief description of the reason. We respond within one business day. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and the return shipping address by email — please do not ship a return until you receive that label, as returns sent to unauthorized addresses cannot be processed or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@luxe.space within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you. You will not be asked to ship the damaged item back in most cases.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
