Shipping Policy
At Luxe, we’re committed to getting your lighting to you quickly and safely. Here’s how our shipping process works.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are typically processed the same day. We’ll email you a tracking number the moment your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Every order ships from inside the United States. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. Carriers we use include FedEx, UPS, and USPS, selected based on the fastest available route for your destination.
Shipping rates:
- Orders $99 and over: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $99: $5.95 flat rate standard shipping
- Oversized items (large chandeliers, ceiling fans over 52″): a freight surcharge may apply — this will be shown clearly at checkout
International Shipping
We do not currently offer standard international shipping through our website. If you’re ordering from outside the United States, email hello@luxe.space with your destination and the items you’re interested in, and we’ll provide a custom shipping quote.
Oversized Fixtures
Large chandeliers, multi-tier ceiling fixtures, and certain ceiling fans ship via freight carrier. Freight orders include curbside delivery to your address — the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Inside delivery and assembly are not included; please plan to have someone available to receive the shipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please email hello@luxe.space within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email us at hello@luxe.space as soon as possible. We can usually update the address before an order ships, but once a label has been printed, address changes are no longer possible.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout, usually within a few hours of your order shipping. If you don’t see a tracking email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
