Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Returns & Refunds

At Luxe, our goal is to deliver thoughtfully designed lighting and home décor that elevates your space. Each order is carefully reviewed prior to shipment; however, if a return or refund is needed, the guidelines below explain how we handle the process efficiently and transparently.

30-Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided the following conditions are met:

• Items remain unused, unassembled, and in original condition
  
• All original packaging, tags, manuals, and inserts are included
  
• Return requests are submitted within the 30-day window
  

Starting a Return

Return Shipping Responsibility

• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders:
  
  Luxe covers return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost in transit.
  
• Preference-Based Returns:
  
  For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties.
  

Important Notes:

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Luxe cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or not delivered.

Approved Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear
  

Declined Returns

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

Hidden Damage
